When your company’s training manager adds you to their list for training from Toolbox for Excellence, you will receive an email notification with some instructions. Please look in your spam folder in case the message was sent there. All emails will either come from Toolbox for Excellence or from WordPress.
You will need to login to access the training and if you have never signed in before especially if this is your first training, you will first need to set your own password.
To set your password, click the link in the email that was sent to you. On the page you’re taken to, you will be able to enter your email address and press “Get New Password”.
Another email will come to you with a one-time link to set your password. Again, remember to check your spam folder in case the email is sent there. Click the link which will take you to a page to enter your password. The page here suggests a strong/secure password. You can accept this password OR enter your own. Either way, be sure to copy and save the password to use in the next step and later.
You can always repeat this process if you lose your password or you can reach out to our support team for help.
So be sure to select and copy the password and save it somewhere OR enter the password you prefer to use and click the button “Save Password”. This registers the password securely and nobody can access this but it can always be reset by repeating this process or reaching out to support.
When you log in, you will be taken to a page that lists any courses your manager enrolled you in. You can also access these courses by in the main navigation menu under “My Account” and choosing “Courses”.

How to access your courses at Toolbox for Excellence.
You must first be logged in to access any courses assigned to you.
If I am not logged in, and mouse over “My Account” in the top right corner on desktop or on my phone, I look under My Account, I see nothing there.
Let me log in.
Now when I look under My Account on desktop I see courses under My Account
or if I go on phone, I see courses under My Account
So for the New Hire Training course that I’m assigned to, I can see and will watch the Welcome Video and below that I see all the lessons for this course.
Going to Day 1, I can see that I have already completed the first two lessons and their quizzes. I can go back and revisit these as a refresher but I cannot skip over those that I have not taken. I need to take each of these in order and complete them one at a time.
Inside each lesson topic, I need to watch the complete video, then take the quiz before moving to the next lesson.
